Restaurant Manager (fine Dining)

Job Description

We are looking for a energetic and dedicated professional Restaurant Manager striving for growth. Candidate must ideally have handled Restaurant with fully operational kitchen and strong administration background. Should be able to join immediately and be available in United Arab Emirates for interview. Team Handling, Guest handling and proven track record of guiding sales growth are a must. Candidates who develop marketing strategies, keep competition update and have experience of local market nerves with Arabic knowledge are welcome to apply. Driving license candidates will be preferred. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.1 Participate in the units' / restaurants' budgeting, strategic planning and marketing plan creation. It is integral that the Restaurant Development Manager is very active in this process 1.2 Research market, competitor's policies, products, prices and provide market studies for potential business opportunities 1.3 Assist marketing conversion report along with marketing manager 1.4 Be a strategist on how revenue streams can be developed within all the units / restaurants within the greater business environment 1.5 Assist in the preparation and maintenance of, and understand, all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs 1.6 Ensure that all Purple Honey Group policies, procedures and operational standards are adhered to 1.7 Work with management to create new revolutionary standards 1.8 Be aware, and strive to keep ahead of, industry trends (you should set the trends rather than follow) 1.9 Planning of new unit opening with critical path set up and being responsible for implementation of the same 1.10 Co-ordinating with the Project Engineer on the site to ensure cost control and timely completion of the development project 1.11 Source and audition entertainment options suitable for internal entertainment spaces 1.12 Organising various unit / restaurant site visits along with the Executive Chef with checklist, any findings to be recorded and rectified at given time frame 1.13 Organising monthly communication meeting with unit / restaurant team - meeting minutes to be recorded and shared with management 1.14 Organising monthly team recognition ceremony 1.15 Assisting Business Development Manager to resource new locations 1.16 Assist Finance Manager to analyse food and beverage cost and implement cost savings 1.17 Assist Finance Manager to source new suppliers and negotiate prices 1.18 Assist Human Resource Department in recruitment process and as such interview candidates from time to time 1.19 Plan / Create SOP when required for F&B department 1.20 Assist Managing Director in resourcing franchise concept 1.21 Formulate business plan along with Finance and Business Development teams Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
