Develop and execute long-term strategies to grow the facade and aluminum division and increase market share.
Client Acquisition:
Identify and engage new clients, nurture key accounts, and secure high-value projects.
Market Analysis:
Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and guide business decisions.
Project & Cost Management:
Cost Estimation:
Oversee and approve precise cost estimates for labor, materials, and installation of facade systems.
Project Oversight:
Lead full project lifecycle management, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to expected quality.
Budget Control:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
Leadership & Operations:
Team Leadership:
Manage cross-functional teams including design, estimation, and project management, while fostering a high-performance culture.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows, reducing inefficiencies and driving excellence.
Quality Control:
Ensure all projects meet or exceed technical standards and client expectations.
Client & Stakeholder Relations:
Client Management:
Maintain and grow relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders to ensure project success.
Financial & Risk Management:
Financial Reporting:
Monitor financial performance of the facade division, track KPIs, and report to senior leadership.
Risk Mitigation:
Identify potential risks and implement strategies to minimize operational and financial exposure.
Compliance & Safety:
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental standards, and international best practices.
Health & Safety:
Enforce safety policies and procedures across all project sites to protect personnel and assets.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant business qualification is a plus.
Experience:
15- 20 years of progressive experience in facade and aluminum projects, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or general management role.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of facade systems, curtain wall technologies, ACP cladding, aluminum profiles, and modern project delivery methods.
Business Acumen:
Proven track record in business development, market expansion, and driving revenue growth.
Leadership:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical Thinking:
Sharp analytical and decision-making capabilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Software Proficiency:
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Bluebeam, and other industry-specific design/estimation tools.
