Responsibilities:
  • market research, financial planning & budgeting, sourcing products, pricing, managing P&L, daily website UI &UX improvement, App knowledge and improvement, interviewing and training new key heads and lead employees, supervising the e-commerce division, and presenting project designs to upper management to achieve an annual profitable financial and Marketing plan as well as control and improve market share across all categories.
  • SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and traditional marketing in conjunction with the agency hired

  • develop/nurture professional relationships with buyers and have existing contacts with fashion apparel & accessories stores, such as B2B stores in UAE/ KSA, various marketplaces, multibrand stores, and boutiques to sell the products
  • product procurement. buying and merchandising. To launch new ranges according to the trends
  • choosing the right portfolio of products for E-commerce and Making Price analyses to keep the products reasonably competitive and profitable. Competitor analysis
  • replenishment plan for adding products and categories
  • product portfolio categorization with their % allocation
  • set required KPIs and SLAs, leading the entire marketing lifecycle
  • digital and traditional marketing strategies, PR of the brand. Collaborations. Brand awareness
  • establishing marketing budget, calculating ROI, getting management approval, and adhering to the budget

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the fashion e-commerce world
\xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising, online retailing, market research and analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Sound knowledge of website management and e-Commerce usability
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, MS Access, and others
  • A strong grasp of modern technology and social media
\xe2\x80\xa2 An expert understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design & management, search engine optimization, and e-marketing strategy will be key to fulfilling the many functions of the job \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly motivated and able to manage multiple projects in an entrepreneurial way
