Job Description

The General Manager is responsible for providing

strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, revenue growth, and operational excellence

for the real estate brokerage. The role focuses on scaling residential and/or commercial brokerage operations in Dubai, ensuring compliance with

RERA/DLD regulations

, strengthening brand positioning, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities



1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth



Define and execute the company's

vision, strategy, and growth roadmap

in line with Dubai's real estate market dynamics Identify opportunities in

primary (off-plan), secondary, leasing, and commercial segments

Drive market expansion, developer relationships, and strategic partnerships Monitor market trends, pricing, demand cycles, and competitor activity

2. Sales & Revenue Management



Own

top-line and bottom-line performance

Set sales targets, commission structures, and KPIs for brokers and managers Oversee high-value transactions and key client relationships Ensure ethical selling practices and sustainable revenue growth

3. Regulatory Compliance & Governance



Ensure full compliance with

RERA, DLD, Trakheesi, Ejari, AML, and UAE laws

Act as (or oversee) the

Licensed Broker / General Manager

as required by authorities Implement strong internal controls, policies, and audit-ready processes Liaise with regulators, developers, banks, and legal advisors

4. Operations & Process Excellence



Oversee end-to-end brokerage operations: listings, marketing, lead management, closings, and post-sales Ensure effective use of

CRM, listing portals (Property Finder, Bayut), and digital tools

Optimize processes for efficiency, compliance, and scalability

5. Talent Leadership & Culture



Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing brokers, managers, and support teams Build a performance-driven, compliant, and ethical sales culture Lead training initiatives on market knowledge, regulations, and negotiation

6. Marketing & Brand Development



Drive brand positioning and visibility in Dubai's competitive real estate market Oversee digital marketing, portals, social media, and developer campaigns Ensure consistent brand messaging and premium customer experience

7. Financial Management & Reporting



Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L Monitor cash flows, commission payouts, and operating costs Present regular performance reports to shareholders/board

8. Client & Stakeholder Management



Build long-term relationships with

developers, investors, landlords, and HNW clients

Represent the company at industry events, launches, and networking forums Handle escalations, disputes, and reputational matters professionally

9. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Revenue growth & profitability Market share by segment Compliance audit outcomes Broker productivity & retention Client satisfaction and repeat business

10. Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred) Strong knowledge of

Dubai property laws, RERA regulations, and market cycles

Proven track record in scaling brokerage operations and leading large sales teams

11. Skills & Competencies



Strategic thinking and commercial acumen Strong leadership and people management skills Deep regulatory and compliance knowledge Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management Data-driven decision making

12. Preferred Attributes



RERA-certified (or eligible) Strong developer and investor network in Dubai Experience in both

off-plan and secondary markets

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
