Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
General Manager
to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and lead cross-functional teams of ALL 7 BRANCHES ACROSS DUBAI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, financial performance, staff management, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.MORE THAN 8 TO 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS PREFERABLE-Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency and profitability Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls Lead, motivate, and evaluate management and staff teams Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership Improve customer satisfaction and business performance Coordinate with department heads to optimize operations
Qualifications
Masters degree in magangement-other relevent degrees are also considerable. Proven experience as a
General Manager
or in a senior management role Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Financial management and budgeting experience Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesInterested candidates should submit their
