Vacancy: General Manager -- Steleo Agency (Dubai | On-Site)

Steleo is a growing creative and marketing agency working with clients in real estate, tech, and corporate sectors. We are looking for a General Manager to play a key role in the company's growth and operational leadership.

This role is for someone who understands how a marketing agency operates end-to-end, knows the competition, has a proven track record, and demonstrates excellent management skills.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading the agency's day-to-day operations

Improving processes, structure, and team performance

Supporting business development and expanding key accounts

Contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic and financial objectives

Ensuring the agency delivers consistent, high-quality work

Enhancing pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or an equivalent field

7+ years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience working in the UAE market (preferred)

Solid understanding of digital marketing, creative production, and performance functions

Proven ability to grow accounts, manage clients, and oversee delivery

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to build and implement operational systems and workflows

Preferred Experience

Agency structuring, operations setup, or scaling teams

Real estate marketing experience

Familiarity with CRM, workflow systems, and marketing tools

Understanding of compliance and marketing regulations in the UAE

Final Interview Requirement

Candidates shortlisted will be asked to present a 1-year agency development plan.
This is a practical exercise, not a full business plan, where you outline how you would stabilise and grow the agency over the first year.
