The Role

We're looking for someone who doesn't just lead -- but comes, sees, and conquers. A visionary with the ability to turn ideas into structured action plans. The General Manager will lead the marketing and creative teams, oversee daily operations, and ensure company growth and profitability.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the agency's day-to-day operations. Drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction. Oversee project delivery, creative, and marketing performance. Support business development and manage key client relationships. Grow and Supervise the team. Implement and refine internal processes for efficiency and quality. Monitor financial performance and coordinate reporting with the finance team.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency (or similar). Proven leadership and operational management experience. Strong grasp of marketing, creative, and digital workflows. Experience in real estate marketing is a strong plus. Strong client relations and P&L management background. Visionary mindset with the ability to turn ideas into structured action plans.
