Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes. Manage and supervise teams including drivers, dispatchers, and support staff. Develop and implement business strategies to increase performance and profitability. Monitor KPIs, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction levels. Handle client relationships and ensure service quality standards are met. Manage budgeting, cost control, and operational planning. Coordinate with internal departments for HR, finance, and logistics matters.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role in delivery/logistics companies. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities. Familiar with
the
UAE delivery market and last-mile operations. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.Salary:

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
