General Manager
Job Description
Oakwood Carpentry is looking for a General Manager.
Duties:
The General Manager will be responsible for leading the current management team and delivering the company's future plans in line with the vision of the Group.
The GM will suggest a long-term growth strategy and present to the management current, short term, and long-term business plans.
To deliver on increasing Sales, Brand Equity and customer loyalty within the UAE and look at expanding into any potential markets outside the UAE.
To manage resources in an optimum manner and motivate the team to achieve and exceed set goals.
To scale up the operations in line with planned growth by adopting best practices and leveraging technology.
Requirements & Skills
Proven success in a managerial role Strong decision-making ability Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable Strong working knowledge of operational procedures Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field Experience in conducting performance evaluations Working knowledge of human-resources processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
