The role (80/20):
Own theP&L
and driveprofitable, repeatable growth
.Key outcomes (first 90-180 days):
Hit monthly revenue target with
positive contribution margin
.CAC ?, LTV ?
; establish ROAS/CAC guardrails by channel. Build/upgrade the leads for Finance, Growth, Product, Operations, and Tech. Validate1-2 new channels
(e.g., Amazon/Noon, retail partners) with proven unit economics.Monthly close ? 5 working days
; board?ready reporting cadence.What you'll do
Set strategy, OKRs, and operating rhythm; pressure?test PMF & pricing. Coach functional leads to outcomes; unblock cross?team issues fast. Own key partnerships and (if relevant) investor conversations.
Must?haves
Proven track record owning an
e?commerce P&L
(D2C preferred). Fluent inCAC/LTV, payback, contribution margin
. Dubai?based or relocating quickly; strong English (Arabic a plus).Compensation & benefits
