General Manager

and take charge of business development, operations, financial performance, and team leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute business strategies to expand freight forwarding operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and key clients. Oversee imports, exports, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery processes. Manage budgets, P&L, pricing, and vendor negotiations to ensure profitability. Recruit, train, and lead teams across operations, sales, and documentation. Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and implement best practices.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 8-12 years of experience in freight forwarding, including 4-5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong network within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. Proven success in P&L management and business growth. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to run daily operations independently and efficiently.
