We are looking for an experienced

General Manager

to lead our freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing daily operations, and leading a dynamic team while ensuring top performance across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and key clients. Oversee imports, exports, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery. Manage P&L, budgets, pricing strategies, and vendor negotiations. Recruit, train, and guide staff across operations, documentation, and sales. Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and streamline processes. Monitor KPIs and implement risk management practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 8-12 years of experience in freight forwarding, including 4-5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong industry network and proven track record in business growth & P&L management. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of trade lanes and local regulatory environment.
