This candidate should possess extensive experience in the fields of " Third Party Safety Inspection to oversee our business operations and as well as implementing Sales and Marketing to promote our Safety Services , HR, finance, budgeting and effective communications skills. The ideal candidate will be expert communicator who has a strong ability to manage and delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a range of disciplines. Ultimately, the GM select should have the ability to drive the company's business to a desired business growth and maximize profits and maximize employee productivity and efficiency including identifying opportunities, engaging clients, securing contracts, and ensuring revenue growth in compliance with industry standards (ISO 17020, API, ASME, etc.).

Develop effective business strategies and sales and marketing plans. Implement policies and procedures to maximize productivity and increase efficiency,
Review and Improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational workforce environment and implementing innovative changes and initiatives,
Adhering to company's standards for excellence and compliance and quality,
Seek out business opportunities for expansion and growth by developing a new business model.
Provide guidance and feedback to assist management team strengthen specific business knowledge and skills areas,
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee day-to - day business operations,
Assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion and accomplish your own objectives,
Recruit and Train high performance employees to achieve objectives sales, profitability and desired market share,
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively and on time,
Develop , implement and maintain budgetary and resources allocation plans,
Delegate duties and responsibilities to the best qualified employees and enforce all applicable policies, procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs and cultural values,
Resolve internal staff conflicts effectively and to the mutual benefit of all involved
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical & Sector Knowledge:
Understanding of third-party inspection services, ISO/IEC 17020 standards, and relevant codes (ASME, AWS, API, ISO).
Knowledge of inspection techniques: NDT, lifting equipment inspection, welding inspection, etc.
Sales & Business Acumen:
Strong ability to close deals and convert leads into revenue.
Experience with pricing strategies and commercial negotiation.
Familiarity with vendor registration portals and tendering procedures.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Proven success in a managerial role in a reputable company,
Strong decision making ability,
Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills,
Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans and goals,
Ability to motivate and lead and motivate employees and hold them accountable,
Strong working knowledge of operational processes,
Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to prepare sales reports and dashboards.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management and Marketing and sales, or a related field.
6 - 10 years of experience in Managerial level TPI or inspection-related business development/sales.
Preferred with his own visa
UAE/GCC experience and a valid driving license.
