Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across Home Care, Doctor on Call, Clinic and EMS services.
Ensure compliance with
DHA and DCAS regulations
and all relevant healthcare standards.
Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence and achieve financial targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service lines to ensure sustainable growth.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the business unit.
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses, paramedics, and administrative staff.
Maintain high-quality patient care standards and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, healthcare partners, insurance providers, and clients.
Drive business development initiatives and explore new healthcare service opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum
10 years of leadership experience
in healthcare, with proven success in managing Home Care/EMS/Doctor-on-Call operations.
Experience in business development, financial management, and strategic leadership.
In-depth knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
