Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure business objectives are met Lead HR functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans Monitor budgets, resources, and overall efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Proven
General Manager experience in UAE
StrongHR management skills
