to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our fit-out and renovation contracting company. This role requires a strategic leader with strong business development capabilities, client relationship management skills, and deep knowledge of project execution, cost estimation, and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Client Management
Identify new business opportunities and actively promote the company's services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure new projects.
Ensure client satisfaction through all project phases and after completion.
2. Operational Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including site execution, procurement, HR, and logistics.
Implement and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and quality control.
Coordinate between project teams, design teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
3. Project & Site Management
Lead planning and execution of fit-out and renovation projects from concept to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
Conduct regular site visits, progress checks, and team supervision.
4. Cost Estimation & Budgeting
Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for tenders and ongoing projects.
Monitor project budgets and control expenditures to ensure profitability.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
5. Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage carpenters' plumbers, electrician, supervisors, and operational staff.
Foster a results-driven and collaborative work environment.
Provide leadership and direction to ensure high team performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations or general management in a fit-out or renovation company.
Proven track record in business development and client servicing.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, pricing, and project delivery.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and AutoCAD.
G+1 Dubai Municipality license atleast.
