Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant workflows.
Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to increase revenue and improve profitability.
Design and execute sales techniques and promotional strategies to boost service sales and meet monthly sales targets.
Set and monitor targeted commission structures to motivate the sales team and reward high performers.
Lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team to achieve and exceed performance and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities (MOHRE), clients, suppliers, and investors.
Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively, aiming to achieve zero complaints through prompt resolution and continuous improvement of service delivery.
Ensure strict compliance with UAE legal and regulatory requirements related to Tadbeer services.
Maintain and enhance the company's quality management system in line with international standards.
Provide regular operational and sales performance reports to senior management.
Identify new business opportunities and growth strategies to expand business and brand reputation.
Fulfill any other tasks, responsibilities, or special projects assigned by the management to support business needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Tadbeer operations in the UAE is mandatory.
Minimum
5
years in a senior management role with direct sales management experience.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and Tadbeer-specific regulations.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales techniques and team-based commission structures.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Proven record of achieving high customer satisfaction with minimum to zero complaints.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (master's preferred).
