Job Description
We are hiring a General Manager for our construction company, Located in UAE.
This is a challenging position with vast range of experience in construction field. Candidates meeting following criteria should apply immediately with their updated CVs.
Skills and Qualifications
An eligible candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Construction Experience: Significant experience of 15-20 Years in construction field , out of that minimum 7 years in the UAE is must
Valid membership of Society of Civil engineering in UAE is must.
Required valid UAE driving license.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage construction projects effectively.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate construction teams.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication (Arabic preferred, English is must) and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex construction challenges.
Knowledge of UAE Regulations: Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant construction software and technologies.
Salary
Based on the level of experience, negotiable.
