: Job Title: General Manager - Import & Export - Dubai

Overseeing Import and Export Operations:

Managing the entire import and export process, from procurement to shipment, ensuring adherence to international trade laws and regulations.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with relevant international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export control laws.

Supply Chain Management:

Optimizing the supply chain, managing logistics, and ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.

Negotiation:

Negotiating contracts with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers, securing favorable terms and prices.

Relationship Management:

Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders, building trust and ensuring smooth operations.

Documentation:

Preparing and managing all necessary import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

Analysis and Reporting:

Analyzing market trends, monitoring sales performance, and generating reports on import/export activities to support strategic decision-making.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the import/export process, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of international trade regulations and procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software and systems for managing import/export operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in managing relationships with international suppliers and customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have Experience in commission based payment terms in Import.

Working Days: 6 days working (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Timings: 10:00 am - 6:00pm

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
