The Role
Position Title:
General Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 35K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading distribution company in the Middle East, specializing in distributing some of Italy's best-known retail brands : o Oversee daily operations across 7 locations, ensuring food quality, customer service, and cleanliness meet high standards. o Hire, train, and manage store managers and staff while building a motivated and efficient team culture. o Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, inventory, and food costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability. o Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all locations while handling customer escalations professionally.Requirements
Male, 40 years old and below o Minimum 6 years of experience in the hospitality or food service industry, including 3+ years in multi-unit management o Expertise in restaurant operations, P&L management, and team leadership o Must hold a valid UAE Driver's license
