Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced
General Manager
to lead operations in theconstruction equipment and procurement sector
. The ideal candidate must be currentlyresiding in Qatar
, with2 to 3 years of local experience
, and should beimmediately available with a valid QID and NOC
.This is a leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, strategic planning, and vendor management skills, particularly within the
construction and heavy equipment industry
.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the construction equipment and procurement divisions Manage vendor relationships, supply chain logistics, and procurement processes Lead strategic planning to improve productivity and efficiency Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure equipment readiness and allocation Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Recruit, train, and manage team members as required
Requirements:
Minimum Experience:
2 to 3 years in a similar managerial role inQatar
Industry Background:
Construction Equipment & ProcurementEducation:
Bachelor's Degree inEngineering
(Mechanical, Civil, or related field)Languages:
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)Availability:
Must beimmediately available

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
