About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic

General Manager (GM)

to lead and oversee the operations of

three affiliated companies

under our organization. As a key member of the executive team, the GM will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring consistency across business units, and executing company-wide strategies that support long-term growth.

This role requires a dynamic and adaptable leader with strong operational experience, cross-functional management skills, and the ability to scale processes across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the daily operations of

three companies

, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence across all entities Develop and implement unified business strategies, systems, and processes to drive performance and efficiency Collaborate with the executive team, including the CEO, to align on vision, priorities, and business objectives Manage and mentor department heads and key personnel across all companies Track and analyze company performance metrics; implement corrective actions where needed Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and business growth Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and risk management across all entities Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning in coordination with finance teams Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Serve as the central point of leadership across the three companies, representing operations in executive and board meetings

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager, Director of Operations, or similar executive leadership role, ideally across multiple business units or companies Strong background in operational strategy, team leadership, and financial management Demonstrated success in managing complex operations and driving sustainable growth Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and decision-making ability Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
