General Manager - Channel Relations
Looking for a leader to
drive partner strategy, expand our broker network, and ensure operational excellence
across all partner initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Build & nurture strong broker relationships Plan events, training & incentive programs Monitor performance & optimize partner contribution Collaborate with internal teams & ensure compliance Identify new opportunities & grow the partner network
Requirements:
12-15 yrs in real estate channel/partner management
Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Sales, or Marketing Skilled in CRM, analytics & incentive planning Strong relationship management & execution skills Experience managing large broker networksJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
