About the Role

We are a fast-growing digital marketing company seeking a skilled

Social Media & Content Manager - Client Accounts (Real Estate)

to strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and website updates. Prior experience in a marketing agency and the ability to manage multiple client accounts will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow clients' social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Create engaging content for social media posts, websites, blogs, and real estate forums. Maintain and update the company WordPress website with new listings, blogs, and landing pages. Develop and implement content calendars tailored to real estate audiences and seasonal campaigns. Work closely with the design team to deliver visually appealing and effective creatives. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Conduct research on market trends and competitors to support content and digital strategy.

Requirements

2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, content writing, and social media management. Strong understanding of the real estate sector (preferred). Proficiency in WordPress and knowledge of basic SEO practices. Marketing agency experience or prior handling of multiple client accounts. Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills. Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) and Google Analytics.
