Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead and manage our Profile Sheet Manufacturing Company. The candidate will be responsible for overall factory operations, production efficiency, quality control, sales coordination, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations of profile sheets Ensure quality standards for GI, PPGI, aluminium, and color-coated sheets Control production planning, inventory, and raw material procurement Monitor cost control, budgeting, and profitability Lead and supervise factory staff, engineers, supervisors, and operators Ensure compliance with UAE safety, labor, and environmental regulations Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for timely order execution Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency Maintain machinery uptime and preventive maintenance schedules
?Requirements

Minimum 10+ years' experience in Profile Sheet Manufacturing Strong knowledge of roll forming machines and profile sheet production Experience in GI, PPGI, aluminum, and roofing profile sheets Proven leadership and factory management experience Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Arabic Experience in UAE or GCC manufacturing sector preferred
Qualification

Bachelor / Masters degree in Engineering / Production / Mechanical Management qualification is an added advantage
