About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

General Manager

to lead overall business operations, drive performance, and ensure organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, team leadership, and achieving company goals in line with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets. Lead, motivate, and develop management and operational teams. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and recommend strategies for business expansion. Prepare and present regular performance and financial reports to senior management or owners. Ensure a positive work culture, staff training, and retention of key employees. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of operation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior management role (preferably as General Manager, Area Manager, or Operations Head). Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. Financial acumen and proficiency in business management software/tools. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
