Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the business or facility.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements.
Staff Management:
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise department managers and staff.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Financial Oversight:
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor expenses and revenues to meet or exceed profitability goals.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and support.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Strategic Planning:
Set long-term and short-term goals in alignment with company objectives.
Identify business opportunities and areas for growth.
Implement marketing and business development initiatives.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
