Quality International is seeking a

General Manager

to provide strategic leadership and full operational management for the company. This role is responsible for the overall P&L, business development, operational excellence, and maintaining the company's position as a leading, ADM-approved provider of inspection, certification, and testing services. The position reports to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve business goals and ensure long-term growth and profitability. Hold full P&L responsibility, including developing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and implementing cost-control measures. Oversee all operational divisions (NDT, Inspection, Certification) to ensure services are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with international standards and client specifications. Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team and foster a high-performance culture focused on quality, safety, and integrity. Drive business development by cultivating relationships with key clients in target industries (e.g., Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing) and securing major contracts. Ensure the company maintains and renews all necessary third-party accreditations (e.g., ADM, ISO 17020, ISO 9001) and regulatory approvals. Represent the company at a senior level with clients, regulatory bodies, classification societies, and industry associations. Review and approve major bids, proposals, and critical project deliverables. Implement and monitor company-wide policies for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgical) or a related technical field. An MBA or Master's in Business Administration is strongly preferred. Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) industry, non-destructive testing (NDT), or a closely related industrial services sector. Proven track record of at least 8 years in a General Manager, Regional Director, or equivalent P&L leadership role. Deep understanding of NDT methods, inspection processes, international standards (ISO, ASTM, ASME), and third-party accreditation requirements. Demonstrated success in business development, strategic planning, and financial management within a service-based B2B environment. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
