About the Role:

Barakat Holding, a diversified group with operations across

engineering consultancy, construction, real estate, transportation, fashion, and agriculture

, is seeking an

experienced and visionary General Manager

to oversee all group activities and drive continued business growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and investment management capabilities, with proven experience managing multiple business sectors and delivering sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and direction for

Barakat Holding and its subsidiaries

across all industries. Develop and execute

strategic plans

to achieve business growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability. Oversee

financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency

across all departments. Identify and evaluate

new investment opportunities

and expansion initiatives in line with corporate goals. Lead and mentor department and division heads to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Monitor and enhance the performance of each division, including

engineering, construction, real estate, transportation, fashion, and agriculture

. Strengthen corporate governance and ensure full compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, clients, and government entities. Represent the company in high-level negotiations, contracts, and partnership discussions. Prepare regular management and performance reports for the Board of Directors.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

(Master's degree preferred). Minimum

7-10 years of senior management experience

in diversified industries such as

real estate, construction, or investment

. Proven success in

strategic planning, business development, and investment management

. Strong financial acumen and operational leadership skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple business lines and lead large, cross-functional teams.
