We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee all daily operations of the business unit or organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving performance, increasing efficiency, and driving profitability while ensuring a positive customer experience and high employee morale.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business goals and objectives.
Lead and motivate staff to achieve company goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee daily operations across departments including sales, marketing, finance, HR, and operations.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other business partners.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when needed.
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and development.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a senior managerial role.
