Job Title: General Manager

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring business goals are achieved efficiently and profitably. The GM leads cross-functional teams, manages budgets, drives strategic initiatives, and maintains high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily business operations across all departments. Develop and implement growth strategies and operational improvements. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; ensure profitability targets are met. Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing management team. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Analyze performance data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers. Set strategic goals and ensure the organization is working efficiently towards achieving them. Hire, train, and assess staff performance. Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in Real Estate Industry. Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
