Job Purpose:

To perform manual labor and support operational activities such as pipeline works, tank and pond cleaning, asphalt repairs, and other environmental or facility maintenance works. The General Worker ensures all tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with Hydrojet Services' quality and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

pipeline and drainage cleaning

activities under supervision. Assist in

tank, pond, and manhole cleaning

operations using appropriate tools and equipment. Support

asphalt repair and reinstatement works

, including cutting, leveling, and surface preparation. Help in

facility maintenance

and general site cleaning activities as assigned. Load, unload, and arrange materials, tools, and machinery at the work site. Assist technicians and operators during

hydro jetting, suction, and industrial cleaning

jobs. Carry out

site preparation, excavation, and backfilling

tasks when required. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, tools, and the work area after job completion. Follow all

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)

procedures and wear PPE at all times. Report unsafe conditions, damages, or incidents to the supervisor immediately. Maintain good discipline, teamwork, and a positive attitude at work.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Basic reading and writing preferred.

Experience:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in

facility services or construction site works

preferred.

Age Requirement:

Between

20 to 45 years old

. Knowledge of

basic hand tools, cleaning methods, and safety practices

. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and industrial environments. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. Flexible to work in shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.

Work Environment:

Outdoor and site-based work environment. May involve confined spaces, elevated areas, or hot/dusty conditions. Must comply with all company safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
