Job Description
Leadership & Supervision:
Lead, manage, and mentor foremen, supervisors, and the entire workforce, delegating tasks and resolving conflicts.Planning & Coordination:
Read blueprints, create work schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate activities across different trades to ensure efficiency.Safety & Quality:
Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance, ensuring proper use of equipment and protective gear.Resource Management:
Oversee material and equipment needs, ensuring they are available and ordered on time to avoid delays.Reporting & Administration:
Maintain detailed records, monitor labor efficiencies, manage budgets, and provide regular status updates to upper management.Job Type: Full-time
