Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and construction crews.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Review project plans and specifications to understand scope and deliverables.
Allocate tasks to workers based on skill, experience, and project needs.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site efficiently.
Maintain site documentation, including progress reports and daily logs.
Identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar supervisory role in building construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient in reporting and using basic project management tools.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
