Job Description

1. JOB SUMMARY

The General Foreman is responsible for coordinating and supervising construction activities on site to ensure efficient execution of tasks according to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. This role involves managing foremen, resources, and equipment while ensuring compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

Allocate daily tasks to foremen and monitor work progress according to project priorities and schedules. Supervise and train foremen to ensure proper execution of work. Create schedules and monitor attendance of foremen. Monitor workforce productivity and enforce quality control measures. Ensure manpower, materials, and equipment are adequate for daily operations. Allocate necessary resources for activities. Enforce site safety regulations and ensure quality standards are met. Identify and resolve issues that arise during site operations. Prepare daily report on activities. Report progress, delays, and any concerns to construction managers and engineers. Maintain records of work progress and site activities.

3. QUALIFICATIONS

Highschool or Diploma in engineering. 10 years of experience as foremen in construction sites. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and blueprints.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
