General Foreman
to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must haveat least 10 years of proven experience in the UAE
, with strong knowledge of Dubai construction practices, site coordination, and workforce management.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards on site Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies Report daily progress and resolve on-site issues effectively
Requirements
Minimum
10 years of construction experience in the UAE
,Dubai experience is mandatory
Proven experience as aGeneral Foreman
on construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications Leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPreferred
Experience in high-rise, commercial, or residential projects Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and local authority regulations
