Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced

Foreman

to support our daily site operations, purchase materials from suppliers, and supervise labor. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge in

tiling works and joinery works

, excellent market awareness of UAE suppliers, and the ability to control the site and workforce professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

Purchase all required materials from suppliers at competitive prices Maintain strong relationships with UAE suppliers and negotiate best deals Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites Verify quality of materials before purchasing Keep daily records of expenses and supplier invoices

Site Supervision

Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow Support in tiling and joinery-related technical decisions Coordinate with the site engineer and management team Ensure work is executed as per drawings and required quality Solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently

Labor Management

Manage and control workers on site Ensure labor productivity, discipline, and task allocation Train and guide workers where needed Maintain a safe and clean working environment Ensure proper communication between labor, supervisors, and management

Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License (MUST)

Minimum

3-5 years experience

as a Foreman in fit-out, tiling, and joinery projects Excellent knowledge of UAE suppliers (materials, pricing, quality) Strong negotiation and purchasing skills Ability to handle site supervision independently Ability to control labor professionally and respectfully Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Visa preferred
