About the Role

Interifix Technical Services is looking for a

highly experienced General Foreman

who can take full ownership of day-to-day site operations across our interior fit-out, MEP, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical knowledge, leadership ability, and the discipline to ensure that every project is executed safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

This role requires someone who

"knows everything on site"

-- from civil and electrical works to plumbing, painting, gypsum, carpentry, and finishing details -- and can coordinate teams, materials, and subcontractors to deliver seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and lead multiple site teams including technicians, masons, electricians, plumbers, painters, and carpenters. Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower and materials, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and UAE regulations. Inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to quality standards and design specifications. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to report progress and resolve technical/site issues. Monitor usage of materials, control wastage, and ensure cost efficiency. Manage site logistics, deliveries, and proper use of company tools and equipment. Prepare daily site reports and progress updates for management. Train and motivate site workers, maintaining high discipline and morale across teams.

Requirements

Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Building Engineering

or equivalent.

Valid UAE Driving License

(mandatory). Minimum

7+ years of experience

in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out, MEP, or maintenance projects. Strong technical knowledge of all trades: civil, MEP, joinery, finishing, and general construction. Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards. Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages preferred.
