Whitemonde Interiors is looking for an experienced
General Foreman
to supervise and coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing multiple trades on site.Responsibilities:
Supervise site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule. Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors efficiently. Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to approved drawings and specifications. Enforce site safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Report daily progress and site updates to the Project Manager or Site Engineer. Assist in resolving technical and operational issues on site.
Requirements:
Minimum 3
years of experience
as a Foreman / General Foreman ininterior fit-out
within the UAE. Strong knowledge of fitout, joinery, civil, and MEP coordination. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good communication and leadership skills.UAE driving license
