Job Description
The General Foreman oversees daily site operations, ensuring construction work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This role manages crews, coordinates subcontractors, enforces safety protocols, and ensures project specifications are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Interpret and communicate plans and drawings Track progress and report to the Project Manager Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely material delivery
Requirements:
5+ years of construction experience, 2+ in a supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills
