We are looking for an experienced
Foreman
to join our interior fit-out team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site experience, excellent leadership skills, and strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, gypsum, flooring, and MEP coordination.Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day fit-out site works. Manage workforce and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with HSE regulations. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers. Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
Requirements
Diploma/Technical qualification in Civil/Interior/Architecture.
5+ years' UAE experience
in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, residential, or hospitality). Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, finishes, and MEP coordination. Ability to read drawings and BOQs. Good leadership and communication skills. English and Hindi is required; Arabic is an advantage. UAE Driving License is preferred.What We Offer
