Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Foreman with strong electrical and mechanical background to oversee landscaping projects across various sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technical systems related to landscaping installations and will be responsible for managing site teams, reading and interpreting detailed drawings, and ensuring high-quality execution of all works.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the execution of electrical and mechanical works on landscaping projects (e.g., irrigation systems, pumps, lighting, filtration systems, etc.) Coordinate site activities and manage manpower to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and technical specifications. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. Conduct routine inspections and prepare site reports. Identify and resolve technical or operational issues on-site. Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and proper resource allocation. Train and guide junior technicians and site workers as needed.
Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of proven UAE experience in a similar role. Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems relevant to landscaping. Ability to read and interpret detailed technical and construction drawings. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards in project execution. UAE driving license is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field. Experience with landscaping projects involving water features, lighting, and irrigation systems.

Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
