Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Supervise Field Operations:
Oversee daily operations on-site across multiple crews or foremen. Ensure work is progressing according to schedule and project plans.Coordinate Work Activities:
Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.Project Planning & Scheduling:
Review and interpret project drawings Assist in developing work schedules and sequencing tasks.Quality Control:
Monitor work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards. Perform regular inspections and address deficiencies.Safety Enforcement:
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures. Conduct safety meetingsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
