Job Description
Job Title: General Foreman (High-Rise Construction)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise multiple work crews (civil, carpentry, steel, MEP) to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve conflicts. Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project schedules. Conduct site inspections to verify quality and compliance with specifications. Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings. Manage material deliveries and equipment allocation. Train and mentor junior foremen and workers. Report project status, risks, and delays to senior management. Ensure proper documentation (daily logs, inspection reports).
Qualifications:
10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a General Foreman in high-rise projects. Strong knowledge of all construction phases (structural, finishing, MEP). Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings. OSHA 30 or similar safety certification (preferred). Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is a plus.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
