Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced
General Foreman
to supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will manage labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring timely execution of work in accordance with drawings, safety standards, and UAE regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and manage site workforce. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report to the Site/Project Engineer. Enforce health and safety compliance on site. Maintain quality control and productivity standards. Prepare daily progress reports and ensure timely delivery of work.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent trade certification. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with UAE project exposure. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Ability to read technical drawings and plans. Good communication and leadership skills.
