We are seeking a reliable and experienced

General Foreman (Civil)

to oversee daily site operations for civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a

Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering

, or equivalent hands-on experience, with at least

10 years of work experience

in supervising construction activities on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of site workers, subcontractors, and equipment Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Site Engineer or Project Manager Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site discipline Manage materials, tools, and manpower efficiently on-site Assist in resolving on-site issues and communicate effectively with project stakeholders Maintain site records and documentation related to work execution and attendance

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering

or equivalent experience

Minimum 10 years of work experience

in civil construction, preferably in the UAE Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read construction drawings and ensure execution on-site Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards
