Job Description
:
Schedule, co-ordinate, and supervise the daily activities at site as per the project's plan and with coordination with the engineering team Organize and monitor the work of subcontractors on site Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements Implement company requirements and legal regulations, paying specific attention to HSE legislation and quality Co-ordinate delivery/pick up of materials as required Experience in maintenance and/or finishing is an advantage
Minimum Requirements:
Applicant must have good communication skills Applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in the construction field in the U.A.E. Having a driving license is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
construction and maintenance: 3 years (Required)
