We are seeking a skilled and experienced
General Foreman
to oversee daily site operations and manage labor activities efficiently. The ideal candidate must have3 to 4 years of UAE experience
in a similar role, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to read and interpret construction drawings.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers Ensure work is performed according to safety and quality standards Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines Monitor site progress and report updates
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years UAE experience as a General Foreman Must possess a diploma in Civil, Construction, or related field Strong communication and leadership abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
