We are seeking an experienced General Foreman with a solid background in high-rise building construction to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate site operations, manage workforce activities, and ensure timely and quality execution of all construction phases according to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site construction activities for high-rise projects, ensuring compliance with project plans, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate daily site operations, including labor force management, subcontractor supervision, and equipment allocation. Monitor productivity, work progress, and safety compliance to prevent delays and mitigate risks. Interpret construction drawings and specifications; resolve technical issues in coordination with the site engineer. Conduct site inspections to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards. Report progress and site issues to project managers and assist in preparing daily and weekly reports. Implement and enforce safety and housekeeping protocols across the site.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a General Foreman on high-rise building projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Thorough knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and health & safety regulations. Proficient in reading drawings, blueprints, and construction documentation. UAE experience preferred; familiarity with Dubai Municipality and DM regulations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
