We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Foreman - Civil & MEP to oversee and coordinate on-site activities for high-end luxury building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing civil and MEP works with a focus on quality, safety, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations for both civil and MEP works.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor and manage material deliveries and usage on-site.
Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Conduct inspections and ensure high-quality finishes per luxury development standards.
Resolve site issues promptly and maintain workflow without delays.
Prepare daily progress reports and communicate effectively with project management.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of project execution standards and finishing requirements for high-end developments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
